Shipping and Returns

Shipping your package

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 business days of receiving payment and are always shipped with tracking. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a link to track your package online.

Italy: we ship with BRT, delivery in 2-3 business days.
International: we ship with DHL, delivery in 4-7 business days.
In-store pickup: choose Click and collect to pick up your order free of charge at our store in Todi.

Shipping costs depend on the destination and are shown in your cart before you confirm your order. We recommend combining your items into a single order: we are unable to combine separate orders placed at different times, so shipping costs will be charged for each individual order.

Every item is carefully packed in appropriately sized boxes to make sure it arrives protected and in perfect condition.
