Right of withdrawal
Under Articles 52 et seq. of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), if you purchase as a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the products.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract using the contact details provided on our Contact page, within the 14-day period. We will confirm receipt of your request and provide you with instructions for shipping the return.
Products must be returned within 14 days of the date on which you communicated your withdrawal. The deadline is met if the products are handed over to the carrier before the period expires.
Condition of returned products
Products must be returned intact, unused, unwashed and undamaged, complete with all original labels, tags and accessories, preferably in their original packaging. We may deduct from the refund an amount corresponding to any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Return shipping costs
The direct costs of returning the products are borne by the customer, unless otherwise indicated.
Refund
If the withdrawal is duly exercised, we will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), within 14 days of the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. The refund may be withheld until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.
The refund will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply, among other cases provided by law, to: goods made to measure or clearly personalized; sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and which were unsealed after delivery.
Defective or non-conforming products
The 2-year legal guarantee of conformity provided by the Consumer Code remains unaffected: in case of a defective or non-conforming product, please contact us to arrange repair, replacement or refund.
